Wedding Meat

I never asked to care about Chelsea Clinton’s wedding (Oprah wasn’t invited? Tell me everything!), but one thing did catch my attention: The fact that she, a vegetarian, would be serving meat. As someone who is currently planning—or at least helping other people plan—a wedding, I was intrigued. The meat vs. no meat debate gets to the fundamental question of weddings: Is it really all about you, or does the comfort of your guests come first? In today’s Sunday Styles section: At Vegans’ Weddings, Beef or Tofu?
